CRITICAL POLICY UPDATES (2025-2026)
Pursuant to Government Resolutions No. 127/NQ-CP and No. 389/NQ-CP, Vietnam has implemented the following changes to facilitate international trade and tourism:
- Universal E-Visa (90 Days): Citizens of ALL countries/territories are now eligible for single or multiple-entry E-Visas.
- Extended Exemptions (45 Days): Unilateral visa waivers for strategic partners (e.g., Europe, Japan, Korea) have increased from 15 to 45 days.
