To promote the long-term and sustainable development of Vietnam’s furniture and wood industry, HawaExpo 2026 is organised under the patronage of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and the Ministry of Industry and Trade, with professional coordination from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade. The fair is organised by VIFOREST FAIR Company and operated directly by the Handicraft and Wood Industry Association of Ho Chi Minh City (HAWA).

As a flagship international trade fair, HawaExpo brings together the core strengths of Vietnam’s furniture sector, connecting leading manufacturers, design brands, material suppliers, and export-ready SMEs on one comprehensive platform.

HawaExpo 2026 will take place from 4–7 March 2026 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), located at 799 Nguyen Van Linh, Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The venue hosts the most prestigious exhibition halls in the city, providing a central and accessible location for international trade engagement.

No, the fair is free entrance.

Each registered visitor will receive an email with a unique confirm code, please kindly register for each person in your group.

After submitting the registration form, you will receive the confirmation email. Please check your Inbox and Spam.
In case you don’t receive the confirmation email, please redo the registration or email us at info@hawaexpo.com for support.
You will need to show this email to our staff at the registration counters to receive the Visitor admission badge.

We will update in our HawaExpo official channels (website hawaexpo.com, facebook fanpage, LinkedIn, Zalo OA) if there is any special support for visitors.

The dress code is Business attire. We don’t accept people wearing casual clothes (slippers, shorts …).
Children under 12 will not be permitted into the fair. This is a B2B event, you are suggested not to take the children with you.
No camera.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any visitor who doesn’t follow the fair rules.

We don’t issue Letter of Guarantee/Letter of Approval.
Some nationalities are difficult to apply for Vietnam VISA.

You need to arrive at Tan Son Nhat Airport (SGN, Vietnam). Then take a taxi (Mai Linh or Vinasun taxi are recommended) to go to SECC. Grab car service is also available in Ho Chi Minh City. It takes about 1 hour to go from TSN Airport to SECC.

For 2026, we will not be operating a shuttle bus service. Visitors can easily reach the SECC using reputable taxi services (Vinasun, Mai Linh) or ride-hailing apps (Grab, Be, Xanh SM), ensuring a convenient drop-off directly at the entrance.
